I have not been able to successfully install the 4.0 Trial on two different computers running Vista 64-bit. It does however run on 32-bit Vista. Has anyone succesfully installed Code Complete 4.0 Trial on a 64-bit platform?

The install goes through till the end but when I open visual studio 2008, it crashes after splash screen.
Visual Studio 2008 is no longer usable until I remove Code Complete 4.0 through Add/remove programs.

Can you give us more info, please:
Which language version of Vista64 bi and VS2008t?
Is SP1 of VS2008 installed?
Any errors logged in the Event log?

For your info, we have tested it on Vista64 (French and English) and we did not have any problems. Others on the forum have reported that they could not generate WPF applications on Vista64 but they managed to generate other applications.
