I have installed 4.0 Trial on Windows 7 Ultimate Portuguese and Windows XP Portuguese.
Both installation apparently successfull, but on XP the AddIn did not showed. This was corrected creating Addins folder in My Documents\Visua Studio 2008 and copying CodeCompleteV40.AddIn.

But on both computer, after clicking the Try button I am getting the following Err Dialog:

Message: O valor não recai no intervalo esperado.
em Microsoft.VisualStudio.CommandBars.CommandBarControls.get_Item(Object Index)
em CodeCompleteAddin40.Connect.LoadMenu()
em CodeCompleteAddin40.Connect.OnConnection(Object application, ext_ConnectMode connectMode, Object addInInst, Array& custom)


Note that "O valor não recai no intervalo esperado" means "Value is not in expected interval"

Maybe a language problem. In VS 2005 it worked (english version) but too slow. VS 2008 is pt-br

Standard Command bar (where sits the Code Complete button) is named "Padrão" in VS pt-br version

I am sure the issues is to do with the language. Code Complete cannot locate the Tools menu or the toolbar to add the t-CC command button. We are looking into that.

In VS 2008, Tools Menu, International Settings, change to English.
