I'm testing Code Complete trial version with PostgreSQL database.
I have following problems with Project Configuration Wizard.
After selecting tables (Wizard form 3/5) i don't see any entries on
data entries configuration form (Wizard form 5/5).
And after finishing generation Project.log file has no entries.

I'm using:
Code Complete 4.0 Build 57866
PostgreSQL 8.3

Ho it can be resolved?

I have uploaded a new build with a fix for PostgreSQL. The current version of Code Complete is case insensitive for PostgreSQL i.e. your database objects (tables, views and columns names) have to be lower case.

For lower case tables it works ok.
How it's possible to download fix for case sensitive objects you mention?
