Time not showing correctly (MSAccess Database)

I have an MSAccess database and one of the fields is a Date/Time. I have 4 entries, each one spaced 5 minutes apart starting at 11:00 AM.

The date shows correctly, but the time shows 12:00 AM for all of them.

I am sure why. It must to do with the formatting of the data in the date control.

Everything works fine if I switch the data type to System.DateTime rather than use the SmartTime data type.
